Recommended use:

• Dissolve 1 serving (20 g) in 400 ml of cold water. As it is slightly bubbly, open the shaker at least every 5 seconds to prevent pressure build-up. Take 1 serving 30-45 minutes before training on an empty stomach. Take daily.
