EAA Xtra is a preparation that contains a set of irreplaceable amino acids (Essential Amino Acids – EAA) in an amount that covers 100% of the body’s daily needs according to WHO per 100 kg of body weight. Essential amino acids are a group of amino acids that cannot be produced by the human body and must therefore be supplied through food. They are necessary for the proper functioning of the body. Even a small deficiency of these amino acids can cause inhibition of the muscle growth process.

EAA Xtra contains 8 exogenous amino acids: lysine, leucine, valine, isoleucine, phenylalanine, threonine, methionine and tryptophan. Each of these acids plays an important role in the process of building muscle mass. In addition, they all perform several other functions, such as:
