How to use Dion Pure Creatine?
1 dose = 3,4 / 5,0 g (depending on taste). Take 1-4 servings per day.
Typical usage scheme: during the loading phase (week 1) – 4 g per day for every 15 kilograms of body weight; in the basic phase - 1 g per day for every 15 kilograms of body weight.
It is preferable to take 1 individual dose of the product before training and 1 more dose at the end of training or within 15 minutes after its end.
You can dissolve creatine with water or with your sports drink, gainer or protein.
